• Two sensors are mounted on a flexible printed board and made possible to detect the position by combining detection signals of two sensor devices while saving space.

• When an abnormality is detected in one of the two sensors, the amount of rotation of both axes will be detected by the other sensor so that the tracking is not obstructed. We can observe the abnormality / error when an error occurs since it outputs a signal for monitoring. It also automatically restores to a normal status when an error is removed by cleaning etc.
